No, I didn't; I have NO idea what YouTube are up to, although there is a glimmer of hope now that dprjones' account has been restored, but that wasn't the case when I recorded it. I had to seriously consider the possibility that YouTube would retaliate against people trying to penetrate the bureaucracy, to quote "the Incredibles". So I didn't leave my actual name.

No, it wasn't a random person. That's where I took CiphersSon's idea a bit further. When I tried to do what he did I noticed the "option 8" in their phone menu. I then googled for "IT Manager" "at YouTube", found a guy and phoned him directly. Try it, it really works.
