It was pure talent and some of the best food I've ever had. Also another place to hit: E&V In Paterson Get the Veal. When I had it a few years ago it tasted just like I remembered it in my youth which was over 20 years ago, nailed and perfect. Probably some of the best veal I've had. It has to be good if you remember a taste like that.
Sushi isn't raw fish. Sushi is mainly about the rice. That's what sushi actually refers to. The 'sticky rice'. It's a common mistake made by many to associate Sushi as being raw fish. In fact it can be cooked as well, the raw fish or sashimi is just a famous topping. I'd love to hit this restaurant though to try out a small sampling of Japanese foods.
