Well... I don't think her entire portrayal of virgo was dead on but, that shit about how people respond to their criticism was DEAD ON. They LOVE to nit pick and criticize your ass and then they're perplexed as to why you're suddenly pissed at them or completely turned off. I love that virgo is detailed oriented but sometimes they being doing the MOST with that shit.

my dad is virgo and he is so hypocritical... he's always telling me I should workout and ways I can lose weight, and he's got about 40 lbs to lose himself... also, he is OBSESSED with vitamins and knows probably more than some doctors.. haha. I love him but he drives a person crazy with all of his particular ways of order... has to have things aligned on a desk, etc.

@jx1204 Actually, I married a Sagittarius. Yes, he drives me nuts because of his lack of a plan and I drive him nuts with my insistence on them. But my life would be so dull without him! I would work all the time, never take care of myself, and be too busy with other people's problems to work on my own. He focuses me back to myself when I need to and makes sure I relax sometimes. I make sure he has a stable home and a game plan in place so he can reach all his goals. We're perfect together!

few know the underlying meaning to virgo. to make things very very small and non-descript. will perform poorly just to avoid being noticed, and will commend the poor work and character of others just because they are self-conscious about the attention a good performance would bring. If you want excellence, you go with LEO or even TAURUS if you prefer the earth element over Virgo.

@allermenchenaufder We aren't hypercritical. We see things, analyze them, and point them out. Now, we can be pretty blunt, true. That's where other people's feelings tend to be hurt. Now, myself and the other Virgos I know aren't trying to hurt others; we just don't always see the boundaries we shouldn't cross. It's easier to see the boundaries with the help of a communications class... but we still just blunder in sometimes and unintentionally hurt our friends when we never meant to!

She's like 50% right. I am very critical, she was right about the pursuit of excellence. The whole cleaning thing was completely wrong. I probably would try to tell my partner what's wrong with him but I know that's annoying (I notice my flaws as well as others) so I'd ignore it.

I'm a Virgo too, but this actually doesn't sound like me at all. I don't keep anything in order, my room is a constant mess, I can NEVER find stuff in my bag, my computer has icons all messed up in an extremely illogical order, I just... I don't really see it. I'm not a neat person at all. And I'd probably kill myself if I had to do accounting as a career. She's also very calm, and she sits so upright..I'm usually all over the place and I talk much faster and it makes much less sense lol

I hate schedules; would have to be mortally ill to endure a colonic; clean when I have to, organize when my creative pursuits make such a mess that I have to put stuff away to find it; and detail is more mortal enemy (though I've adapted out of necessity over the years). I do like sex. She got that right. LOL.

mannn, this is my 2 sisters and mother. It was hell living in the house with those virgos....sooo inconsiderate and thinks they're way is the only and right way....very self centered and tunnel visioned and critical of others but think they're helping.
