John Kerry JOINED the military. He earned three purple hearts, the bronze star, and silver star.

He left out one word in a botched joke, and the Republicans spun it. He was giving criticism of Bush, not the troops.

his purple hearts were from his own doing. shrapnel from his own grenade, and several other similar events. he tried to get out of being drafted many times but the navy forced him to join. most of his crew thought he was a joke, read some of the things they have said about him in combat. fuck john kerry, hes a traitor to this country, and he wasn't critisizing bush on that joke, it was clearly aimed at the troops

Every time you hear George Bush or Dick Cheney lash out against John Kerry, I hope you will say to yourself, "They must think I'm stupid." Because they surely do.

I like his response to the reporter asking him "What were you trying to say?" I believe Kerry started out saying "Very simple that they that ut uh those who didn't study it properly, those who made the dicisions, they got us into Iraq"
