you could use some sketching pencils and you could also use a straight edge to keep those weapon barrels straight haha cant shoot hostiles with a bent barrel

I'll be able to measure stuff like the gun length etc. and I go from head to toe, so it starts of fun.

i drew the guy at 0:33 . it was for school so i wasnt really dedicated to it as much as if i REALLY wanted to for fun. theres SO MUCH DETAIL thats why it was so hard. probably one of the hardest drawings ive done.
