A great movie, truly underrated. Reminds me a lot of John Candy's last movie, Wagon's East. Both Farley and Candy were in terrible shape during filming but still gave 100% and solid performances. It's been noted that when both Farley and Candy gained a lot of weight in between filming and the directors couldn't match up scenes towards the end of filming/post-production because they had gotten so heavy. And like Candys Wagon's East - Farleys Almost Heroes last work was trashed by critics.
