Good Luck Sarah on recovery...from both ED and ???. My hopes and prayers are with you. I do have to disagree the last part of your video though... You "don't just have You". There IS someone OR something out there that you CAN always caount on besides just yourself. You just have to find it. For me...It's my "boy". The best pup in the entire "Amy" world... my "Oban". My guys, my best bud, my pal. I can tell him EVERYTHING and he listens. He's ALWAYS there no matter what. Stay Strong. xo~a

thank you so much for all your thoughtful and kind and beautiful words. And you're right we rarely are alone. There is always somebody out there for us, but I do believe that at rock bottom we can push all the people who love us away. I'm not there yet thank goodness. I guess my point is that if you aren't ever lonely with yourself even when alone, you'll never be lonely. That's a good spot to be I think.

Yep they're crap, novembers are bad too. But by december we get some snow and the holidays. Thank God. I mean I'm not a big Christmas person but atleast it breaks things up a little.
