  • Great video. I would add that recovery comes in waves and platues. You tend to make huge leaps and then stay there and have setbacks and challenges as you adjust to those leaps. That is when you have to fight hard and not give up!

    You're a star... i was told i couldnt get to this point by 'professionals' as well... doesnt give people much hope when they say that!
