  • you should start stretching. it will prolong your life, insure a pain-free existence and cut down on any injuries in your pursuit of sports.

  • I never got into Tennis. I was into racquet ball. What a great workout that was. But you know what? I never stretched. How did I manage to survive, I'll never know. These look like great stretches.

  • Great video. I can do this after a long stretch working at the computer.

  • nice video

i love tennis. i always wanted to play tennis for living. But i am too old now :(

oh well..may be in next life.

  • Thanks for the praise. I love tennis also. I am creating a new sport that uses the tennis court. Continue to check my videos. I am releasing it this month. You could be a tennis awareness certified teacher. It is beyond just tennis but goes to the extreme where "Tennis awareness is the pathway to enlightenment."

  • Hi Biomans, excelent videos.

Do you think is late for start tennis at my age? I'm 26 years old...

    Greetings from Uruguay

  • Thank you for your praise. It is never too late to start tennis. If you start out using both hands and sides of your brain and body, your progress will blow people's minds. I am working on a tennis superlearning program that will help anyone blow away their competition. Check out the ambidextrous tennis videos for more clues.

  • It's never too late. I started at 37 (5 years ago). Now I play ambidextrously, like Biomans promotes. Check my video. It's really fun and challenging. Go for it!!!

  • It took years to develop and is applicable to any sport. I just wish I found out about the value of stretching when I was a kid. It would have saved me a lot of injuries that could have been avoided.

  • Good training guide to stretching. Thank you.
