Sorry this comment is late, I was passing out candy as "Optimus Prime" on Halloween. I never saw season one of "Black Butler", however sounds like season 2 was aiming at Fan Service, and that could lead to some really bad results (namely "Ah My Buddha!!!" :P).

Checked out High-school of the dead yet? It is kind of brutal with violence and ecchi but if you can get past that, it has quite a unique plot, but I've always enjoyed zombie type shows.

I think the second season would've been better if they completely kept out Ciel and Sebby, as much as I love them, and just focused on Alois or even if they followed more closely to the manga. I was a little dissapointed with it, even with the copious amounts of fanservice. Although the ending was awesome :D

also i have a question, does the anime follow the same story as the manga or does it go a different way? i haven't read the manga

@ParadiseYaoi ... After this second season I refuse to get my hopes up for the third season but yes I did hear about that. It's ment to be about Sebastian trying to turn Ciel back.

The first season follows the manga up until the end of the Madame Red Arch and then drastically differs from there. The second season was completely made up.

As much I hate to say it, I have to honest to agree with you, it would of been nice if they put more effert in the series. Dont get me wrong either it was pretty great to watch but still... my heart strings were hurting. xP But I do love the manga though speaking of which i must start collecting (has only volume 1, 2, 3) I know I should be in a corner of shame! XD But that okay ^^; I loved the video:D glad to know I wasnt alone with the series. Also did you know they made Ciel in wonderland

I missed you lolz!!!!!! and even i would love to take Sebastian to a gay bar. I totally agree with you when it come to this season i greatly enjoy all the fan service at first (come on its Sebatian) but after a while it really got kind of boring. As you said the ending did blow my mind it was so amazing but it was a bit depressing. And i normally hate make up but you look really good the way you were wering it in this episode. Great review hope you had a great time at that halloween thing
