Somewhere in that lot are MY pink sacks......................usually have about three or four each fortnight, sometimes more if I'm throwing out old textiles and shoes as well.
How much co2 is released in to the atmosphere due to the transport and the processing of the waste? Surely the processing plants need a lot of energy to run.
