@MsSexySocialist Somalia is an African "country" in which people are born into a primitive, superstitious, islamofascist culture? AND YET.... and yet their economy is growing and there's no state indebting their children with trillions of monopoly currency notes to pay off? Sounds like a pretty good improvement compared to the communist tyranny (marxist communism was the official ideology of the dictatorship) that predated stateless Somalia.
@MsSexySocialist There's no such thing as a society's ideology. Society is just a broad term for general opinions of the public. So given that in your nightmare perspective a majority are bigots the last thing you'd want is a state that can be used as a giant dildo by the majority against a minority.
Look at the quotes from Hoppe I listed previously. He supports such a society.
Your words about "individual rights vs "group" rights" is more authoritarian logic. On this basis the more powerful simply dominate the weaker in society. There is no such distinction between individual/group rights, rights are rights - and only the powerful seek to take them away with deceptive pseudo-arguments about "collectivism".
@MsSexySocialist Rights do not exist. There can be no collective rights that violate individual rights. Rights are merely a recognition from one individual to another that they have a right to exist and pursue their own interests in conformity with fact, reason and standard principles.
3. Shell and BP are creatures of the state. I don't see what giga statetitsucking corporations have to do with the principles of a free society
"They – the advocates of alternative, non-family and kin-centred lifestyles such as, for instance, individual hedonism, parasitism, nature-environment worship, homosexuality, or communism (remarkably similar sentiments to the Nazis) – will have to be physically removed from society, too, (more violent coercion) if one is to maintain a libertarian order." (Democracy: The God that Failed)
Hans Hermann Hoppe is basically a neo-fascist posing as an anarchist. Likewise anyone who supports him.
@MsSexySocialist - You clearly don't understand what a covenant is. To alleviate your complete ignorance on this matter please see: "Hoppe on Covenant Communities and Advocates of Alternative Lifestyles" - tinyurl[.]com/7xbdps8 , Hoppe isn't a fascist at all (not even close) and your out of context quotes are erroneous.
I stand by my original statement that Hoppe is a neo-fascist posing as an anarchist.
His "covenants" are nothing more than voluntary fascist states/collectives in the overall context of a stateless society; which is of course not actually stateless at all - as the "anarcho"-capitalist private defense agencies are nothing more than states to which one becomes customer instead of a citizen to.
Any society that would allow for authoritarianism is itself authoritarian.
@MsSexySocialist oh no, not you againz. "voluntary fascist"? really? Do you have a dictionary laying around?
A defense agency that's responsible to the interests and safety of customers instead of a gang of sociopathic psychos with unlimited resources and unlimited power, that's a difference that I welcome.
If you want a stateless society, but then want to start a "covenant" that will FORCIBLY expel gay people, ecologists, and anyone who has a different political opinion to them, they yes, that is fascism.
And the PDAs you support are "a gang of sociopathic psychos" who are merely aware they're sociopathic psychos and charge people for it.
If you support concentrations of power, you support statism and authoritarianism.
@MsSexySocialist Never said that - and no, that's not fascism, fascism is nationalism with a single-party state with ownage over everybody at the point of a gun.
Private DRO's (which already exist and stand for dispute resolution organisation) provide a service and thereby serve the customers needs unlike an involuntary system that imposes irrational ideologies on people to justify the nature of its own "existence".
[cntd] Also, using that noxious cretin Stefen Molyneux's more gentle term for them - "dispute resolution organizations - doesn't change what they would be in a theoretical voluntary statist ("anarcho"-capitalist) society.
Plus there's the fact that when several PDAs grow in size from competition in defined geographical areas, they would in effect become de facto states in the way we understand now - even right-libertarian Robert Nozick understood this.
@MsSexySocialist correction: what you think they would be. All a DRO would do would be to help (peacefully) enforce voluntary contracts. Google "define statism"
"even RObert Nozick understood this" is not an argument. PDAs have to pay for equipment, personel and subscribers to their service would following see an increase in fee. Given that this is a voluntary transaction, the customer could put a halt to such a development simply because they can pull their money anygiventime.
You say this without a shred of evidence to support your advocacy of such institutions. PDA-like organizations have existed in the past and all have been disasters - again, just look at the Pinkerton agency, or for a more recent example, Blackwater/Xe.
In the context of a post-statist society they would be little more than legalized cartels and Mafias running protection rackets.
Your argument that customers "can pull their money anygiventime." doesn't work due to oligopoly-status
@MsSexySocialist blackwater was a contractor for state. It increasingly clear to me that all you're trying to do is roadblock any ideas of how a peaceful and voluntary society might function.
Your "ideas of how a peaceful and voluntary society might function" do not work because:
1. The examples I listed of PDA-like institutions have all been disasters is practice.
2. If you do not accept these institutions as representative of how "true" DROs would work then no such institutions have ever existed and your ideals are therefore based on floating abstractions with no applications in reality.
2. How was the Pinkerton agency a disaster? It was basically union members threatening other union members in order to strike and blackmail the capitalists at the time. Governments have cracked down on workers every all the time so I don't see what your point is. Besides, how ever private it was, it still functioned under a government monopoly legal framework.

Youtube has been acting funny lately and one of the manifestations of its glitchyness has been randomly deleting comments; your own first "1,2,3" comment was deleted on my end.
Other things have been: limiting random comments to 200 characters and errors in the automatically updated comments operation in which older comments are placed at the top of the section as if they're new comments.
@MsSexySocialist yeah, I've noticed the 200 character glitch as well as the thumbs up glitch on some vids where comments receive thousands of thumbs up and all kinds of glitches.
I hope this glitch did not delete any of your other comments. I enjoy deconstructing your arguments :p

I've read his book. I think you have to understand Hans-Hermann Hoppe's description of the libertarian society, not as a moral philosophy of how society 'should' function, but rather as an attempt to objectively describe how a sustainable libertarian society 'would' function.
At least, that's my perception of mr. Hoppes lectures and writings.
