  • What sort of range should i be blind stealing with at micro stakes?

  • @mschwodler

from the btn, around 50% or higher depending on how tight blinds are. From cut off around 25%.

  • if i already have an account, can I still use the code?

  • @Raybee No, the code is for new accounts only. You can find codes for getting great intro deals at many other poker sites though. Use BCPPARTY at Party Poker, or BPCTITAN at Titan Poker.

  • BCPfulltilt? BCP are my initials!

  • Loose Aggressive is the best strategy. you can raise with pretty much anything (in position) and people will fold marginal hands and just move on to the next one.....if youre beat...just fold ...simple...most players are not taking notes.

  • Beware these strategies are ONLY for RUSH Poker.

  • the worst hand in rush is QQ. if you raise preflop and you get reraised you are against KK or AA nearly 80% of the time.

  • lmao this guy is clearly the nittyest rush player i've ever heard

  • @stpcreepstp hi

  • My experience is that I don't make as much on premium hands as people get out the way.

Stealing in position is always a good play I agree there, but I find most of my profit comes from the suited connectors and drawing hands. Get in with multiple players, chase if you've got the odds and in rush poker I find you get paid off when you connect. People don't seem to be able to lay down the biggies on a dangerous board.

  • @James92453 Definitely true, I played a 7-5 Suited in my big blind to a 3x BB raise looking to stack the raiser if I connected with the flop. I hit top two pair and got all in against his pocket aces.

He may have hit his ace on the turn and won, but I know I played correctly at least :/

  • I disagree that you should play only premium hands. I do play a lot of the time high card with a low card and win due to most of the others folding. The problem is knowing when you should push it and when you shouldn't. I do agree about not defending the blinds and limping, position and notes. Not really about the rest. And I made about $300 in the last 4 hours or so of poker.

  • send me 10$ to je_ule :D pls

  • i think low pairs are very powerfull. if your up agianst a big hand and you flop a set you can take all there money!

  • good tips for the most part, your avoiding limping tip is incorrect... but you should never limp in any poker game EVER without other limpers already limping

  • @jviccc I'm pretty sure he just means that if someone is showing a lot of strength it's more likely to be AA or KK because since they can quick fold they will avoid playing more "marginal hands" like QQ on a K or A hi board...etc

  • how can you say ur AK and AQ will be up against AA and KK more often, that doesn't make sense. Its the same odds as a standard ring game.

  • @jviccc

    True.

  • @jviccc because ur more likely to run into them than a normal speed ring game.

  • @jviccc because MOST people are clicking "quickfold" and thus when they open for a raise, or especially a re-raise, preflop, they more often have KK+ or AK (or AQ, QQ, JJ) as a much larger % of the time than in a "normal" game.

  • @jviccc

just cause you face less marginal hands when raising (people wait more for good hands), so odds to be against AA and KK increase, since their are premiums hands. It not the odds to be dealt AK at the same time as someone is dealt AA. It's when you raise/play AK and get call or reraise, their is much more chance your opp has AA or KK but not T6s

  • @PokerPlum

Watch the video AGAIN and you'll notice it's possible to get SOMEWHAT of a valid read on your opponents, especially if you grind for 2 or more hours (less if you MTT Rush Poker). It's somewhat of a counterfeit read, too, of course, but I make PLENTY in Rush Poker vs. Ring Games, which I also profit in, but slightly. I feel like I have to play 5 tables in regular RG's to get the kind of hourly profit I can pull in playing ONE Rush Poker Table! WOOOOHOOOOOOO! lollllll

  • ya exactly dont listen to this at all. in rush i 3bet EVERYONE when im in the BB and i have even a halfway decent hand facing a button/cutoff raise. I three bet the button very very often. I run 2-barrel 3-barrel bluffs all the time... people are just so in love with the quick fold button that constant aggression is the way to go in rush. think LAG on crack and you will dominate

  • @Britewired I think you missed the point. Since players are ditching hands like JQ or medium pairs, and moving on to the next hand, you'll tend to come up against monster hands more often at showdown - not because there are more kings or aces, but just because people are choosing not to play the lower hands as often!

  • you up against AA or KK more often then in a normal ringgame?

So there are more Aces and kings in rush poker? lol what a stupid remark

  • too simplistic - but keep tellin those fish to play premium hands and I can take all their dough with 56 54 etc.......

  • @tchekitout

Yeah very true, but against a shark/grinder/pro with a premium hand you're likely to be slaughtered unless you had 5-to-1 equity on his stack or better.

  • @tchekitout you can't break a rush poker game at reasonable stakes with small suited connectors. You MUST be tight in rush poker to win.

  • hey, great strategies, come and tell us more at our forum, welcome man, you rock at rush!
