Never though such a great song will have such a great cover. I've always adored Doro's voice, its like milk and honey to my ears to listen to this. No one can replace Ronnie's Legendary Metal Voice and impact on metal music. It was a sad day in rock when he died. Long Live Ronnie's memory and music \m/. This is a good cover of a great Dio song. It doesn't try to mimmick Ronnie's style. Doro's voice is great. It gives it a feminine quality that is haunting & melodic yet still metal strong. I think Ronnie would've liked it:) Turn it up to 11 and Rock On!

@memooooos With all respect, NO. I find this version somewhat soft, it lacks the bit of aggression that it needs - there's only melody. Also is it just me or does Doro's voice kinda falter here?

Egypt being the song that got me into DIO, this cover cannot reach the original. Still, applause for the try and the effort. Nobody has the voice Dio had, though.

I find it too soft aswell. I do love Doro's live version of this song SO much more than this album version. Thers just far more 'feeling' in it. And of course, NOBODY will EVER have the voice Dio had. Theres no discussion in that.
