This is not exaggerated. He more than "bumped" a few vehicles. He had a large weapon and had used it. The officers involved did a good job getting the vehicle stopped in some very difficult circumstances. I would not have been surprised if the driver had a gun. They took custody of the driver without using lethal force. Good job!
