would have loved to have seen him do a show with julia child. can you imagine her correcting his butchered grammar every other sentence, in that hoighty-toighty voice of hers. ahaha
Justin Wilson was the man, I GAR ON TEE !!! What a good cook. I remember watchin him when I was little. He is the reason LOUISIANA HOTSAUCE is the best hotsauce ever made. Cajan cookin is the only way to eat. Id like about 3 pounds of spicy ass boiled crawfish right about now. Thanks for the videos. RIP JW

He was de man! A man wid an ACT. He used his fake ass AC-cent to exaggerate for humor's sake. It was all part of show business. Cajun cookin IS the only way to eat...if you want to drap dead of a nice 'eart attack from all dat fattenin shit ass food he cook, yes! Ah ga-rountee! HOOOOOOOO! He was as genuine as Jerry Clower. Another fake putting on an ACT for money. WHOO! I love ye! Jerry Clowah! WHooooo! Marcel! YAAAW! Newgene! YAAAAW! Da Ledbetters! YAAAW! Two shameless clowns.
Man, I've been away from Louisiana for too long. I've got to get back to my homestate. Just watching him, reminds me of all the wonderful things that Louisiana's got to offer. :)
