So apparently to you, the fact that some well known fighting game professionals, many of which themselves claimed Sentinel was clearly the best character in the game, didn't have Sentinel on their team, out of proof of how good they themselves were, as having extremely overused Sentinel on your team makes you look bad, is proof he wasn't overpowered? Around 90% usage in tournaments (pros 2) means nothing?

And that's exactly what I mean, Zero just needs a bit more power to be a great character. Great combos, great movements, just very weak both in health and damage.

@foxdemon333 No, I'd say Amy and Magnus has the best in terms of combo and x-factor play. Zero doesn't really have anything going for him, very weak in power, low in hp, mediocre in combos. I know that with Zero, one swipe can be 3 hits and there are a lot of options after each hit confirm, but he is just much too weak especially after damage scaling, meaning that high combo + weak damage = epic fail.

Just because there are worse characters (which there aren't many), doesn't make zero a well balanced character. You don't balance a game to its worst characters, that'll mean you make all of your best characters worse. You should always balance to the best characters.

@foxdemon333 Please stop pretending that there's a tier list this early. I've actually never lost with zero. Yes, Zero has lots of combos, but with damage scaling, he is next to useless. You can link x-factor with any character. Stop saying it like it's something special for zero. Hell, linking x-factor specials isn't that great since at the end, you're out of meters. What you want is link normal combos in x factor like akuma.

@foxdemon333 yes, I can make up a random tier list and cite it as being evidence. There's no unanimous tier list, only things people made up. Just because I haven't lost with him doesn't make him good. A lot of the time it's luck or I win with other characters. But from professional players, the consensus is that Zero is very underpowered. If you feel like you know better than Seb, Justin Wong, Yipes, ChrisG, Huggy, go right ahead.
