This is an advance move used in turkish belly dance moves... put a shimmy on there and arm motions and not one of you "beginners" would be able to do it. There are names for belly dance moves. "belly" is an american term loosley translated from a french description of the dance during victorian times. Belts were cinched low to emphasis the belly (something only the wealthy could achieve). I have studied and performed in 8 countries. Your adolescent comments are noted. grow up

When i was first learning belly dance, i was confused because some people named moves and others just had long descriptions about what the move was. like "a hip drop" and that whole "camel" thing is stupid. I thought it was just an "undulation". this does, however, help give me ideas, but it's still too far off.

@A7LAJNOUBIYI I've seen it performed in numerous routines. Bellydance moves do have names, I've heard all sorts, but the moves are always the same. A smart person would think that in order to teach a move or a routine they have to put names to moves. I'm sure those "retards who think they can bellydance" can outdance you any day. Yes you feel the music, it helps to execute the move on queue with the rhythm. All in all, if you're not a professional bellydancer... SHUT THE FUCK UP.

@rosaynadamas If you want to dance like this, you'll suck. I would suggest finding a good teacher in your area and taking some classes, they're usually inexpensive. If you do that, you'll dance so much better than this, this is not advanced at all, this is like first day of beginning bellydance class kind of stuff.

Hear hear! She's a good belly dancing size anyway. You can tell she dances a lot because of the "U". My instructor said when you get good and you've been dancing alot the muscles tone up in a "U" around your belly.
