Now, with regard to the clip, I think you guys did a good job as although such tips may seem 'obvious' a number of employees tend to take such rules forgranted. Though I agree with MarshGlyph, next time do check your grammar. Mistakes of the kind are really off-putting (you do so evenin your paper). Well done though, the intention behind the clip is genuine =)
