Halo pc is the normal Halo but Halo ce is the custom edition where you can make your own things like maps and vehicles or weapons. but but you need hek (halo editing kit) to do it and it takes a long time and isnt exactly easy.

It isn't custom edition, look at my hud and look at my other vids. It's a mod fo the standard halo. A bug with it not being custom edition is that people who join without the mod on get exception data when killed...
