I remember struggling with Bar Chords, remember thinking I'll never get my fingers to do it, but I kept at it and then one day it just came to me, it took about 3 weeks. The best way to practice is to start with 3 finger bar chords, index finger barring then middle and ring on strings i.e don't use the little finger, you can introduce it later once you've mastered the chords. Good luck and IT WILL come!
