This animal is not supposed to live in this part of the country. It is suspected that it is a tame animal that escaped from- or was liberated by its owner. There are reports’ that it is attacking dogs and cats supposedly to defend its territory as springtime/breeding time approaches.
Experts of “AviFauna” advise to try catch the bird and give it a home in there park. So far attempts to feed the animal at a fixed spot en catch it, have failed.

I think it would be very difficult to capture this beautiful owl without injuring him/her. These owls were not meant to be anyone's pet.
