I just reviewed this myself. I don't usually dig an IPA, but this was gorgeous. I've reviewed a few Fullers beers lately and I want to live there. I promise I won't drink anything. I'll just sleep with the beers.
That story of the Bengal Lancer being targeted at a foreign market an interesting reference to the history of IPA, with it being targeted to an export market, then the local decided that they liked it as well. Not sure if i read that in Randy Mosher or Ron Pattison's work.
