lol deadlift doesn't sound right? you lift something dead from the ground? a deadlift sounds perfectly fine
bones density and thickness is increase trough something called wolfs law, where if you put preasure on your bones, say in the squat, they will get thicker and possibly bigger. this does NOT increase density

@ericfasc The curve in the lumber, NOT a curve in the T spine which is the part I mentioned.
Most of the pressure in that lift is in the Knee and Hips retard, the Knees at 90 degrees take on 75% of the load.
Care to back up how Crossfit decides load, reps and overall program design?
