u can level up so quickly using phoenix downs with a rare monster in dalmasca westersand

however do this when you are alone this wont take much time

normally you should be at lv 7/8 but my levels were 22: i beated him barehanded

i was lvl 8 baltheir was lvl9 and so was fran but amalia was lvl10 but i won so fast cause of the equipment i wore,i mostly kill wolves,hyenas,ustrixes,and using the dustia trick

fire mane was a very easy boss for me. i made sure to make vaan a tank becasue his weapon kinda sucks. and i kept my party split up so firemane only screws 1 player

It's pretty easy..May I ask what level you are?

Btw, the best skill you use is Blizzard.

I used a Fire staff as my weapon for Vaan and Fran. Balthier had the Mage Masher and I got it down pretty quick..

im level 29 with everybody and im about to fight it, i used quickenings to kill lvl 20 werewolfs and dive talons to gain the exp to level up that high. and i have the best items so far, gladius x3, then bronze helm and armor x3 - also orrachea armlets x3

You weren't level 30 rofl... the monsters in the waterway are around level 5, at level 10 you'd get about 1 xp per kill.
