  • It's a shame they were such rustpots, because they sure were beautiful.

  • Love studebakers, can't find parts lol.

  • This video was AMAZING! I grew up with a '57 Golden Hawk in the garage, gold with white interior. People look at me funny when I respond with it as my favorite or dream car and say "a stude-a-what?"

  • Awesome cars! I've always liked the 1956 through 1961 Hawks. I also love the looks of the 1958 Packard Hawk. Although its body is very much like that of the Studebaker Hawk, it had a better looking nose. It's too bad Packard stopped making cars back then, it would've made an awesome alternative to the Studebaker Hawk.

  • @Dogapsa The 289 was a Studebaker motor. The 352 was a Packard motor.

  • Nice, thanks! I had a 58 Silver Hawk and my sister had a 59 Silver Hawk around 1976 when we were in our teens. Used to see a nice white Golden Hawk now and then in San Diego.

  • Exelent history leson on a beautiful series of cars from a great maker of cars. It's too bad they couldn't have lasted. !966 was the last of them. 65 and 66 were made in canada and equiped with a Chevy Engine and transmission. Last 2 years only available model was the Lark.

  • Beautiful music to go along with a great video.

  • @22324scs who sang the songs in this video? beautiful!

  • @blackpladd Both songs are preformed by the Raymonde Singers Etcetera from an album done in the early 1970s. The album is titled Feelin'. A whole series of there songs and a playlist is posted by wilown01.
