@PuroresuManiac He is a hidden wrestler. To unlock him, you gotta complete the drama mode. Theres a certain way to go though the drama mode to unlock him as well.

Tiger Mask. Tekken wasn't out until the 90s. Tiger Mask has been around since the 80s I believe.
