It would have to span the Original Clone Wars Movie, the first and second seasons, and the post-Jedi Knighting portion, where Anakin finally defeats Asaaj Ventress, and the portion where Palpatine gets captured.

Your hopes have been answered, they just barely announced that they will release the LEGO Star Wars the Clone Wars in the fall of this year. It apparantly shall span both seasons.
