This is were everyone found out about HAARP for the first time. The video was made with the cooperation of the US government, and Military, as well as, the actual HAARP corporation. This tells me that they are using it for something that they did not even bring up in the video, and that this video is more of a disinformation to get people looking in the wrong direction. Do you know what happens at S4 or Los Alamo, neither would you know unless they told us this info, don't put much faith in it
