The Notting Hill Carnival should be banned - it's just Europe's biggest concentration of muggers, shop lifters, druggies, criminals and delinquents.

I only made the mistake of going their once, and surprise surprise the two people I was with got mugged and assaulted by a gang of black west indian youths.
