Actually Thomas Jefferson was our first president with a lisp. That would explain why he discontinued the practice of delivering the State of the Union address in person and instead sent it in writing to Congress and it would explain why he only gave 2 public speeches out of his entire two term presidency.

i used to have a really bad lisp but it is getting better because of my braces and ow i can barely tell its there.

also, you can go to one of those places where they do speech exercises
