  • you try flipping it pump side down and turning it on if it stops then your lacking fuild.

  • I had some noise at the beginning, but when I turned my case on the side and shake it little bit then I think the air went to radiator, so try it

  • A design flaw or not, the H50 shouldn't make that noise. I've just RMA'd my H50 with exactly the same problem. It's a noise I chose to live with, but recently it's become more and more apparent and distracting, hence the RMA.

  • i think there is some kind of magnet inside the reservoir.

  • i'm disapointed with mind... H50 is overated.. -_- i should just bought the V12 heat sink..

  • its the bearing! stop sayin its a flaw when the bearing break in after some time they get a little noisey its nothin to worry about its just like on a skateboard wheel once they where a little metal away and find that groove they make a little noise

  • wow man that's shit!mine has nearly no noise @ all! I can hear my fans a good bit but my h50 makes a little sort of coffee percolator sound every other hour or so but its hardly noticeable& I actually like it as it reminds me that its still working OK!

  • Mine did that too! but what i did was flick the tubes a few times, just with ur fingers. And the noise would go away, but it comes back

  • Mine too ,didn`t expect that at all,the box says QUIET...not but cools like a MF

  • I think that's normal, my Corsair H50's pump also makes a buzzing noise, but not as loud as yours...

  • @cocatoo555 I think its normal for the pump to make some noise. My mate has one and his is barely audible. Returned it anyway, hopefully the next one wont be like that.

  • @HammerHead940 its a design flaw it has a tendency to create air pockets in the loop.

  • @iceman27406 since the video I've been through 3 H50's! Each returned with the same issue. It's crazy but I dunno, maybe I was just really unlucky or the retailer I bought from had a bad batch or something.

I replaced it with a similar unit by Coolit called Coolit ECO ALC. It's pretty much exactly the same but with literally no pump noise (and was probably easier to install).

    Thanks.
