    I am not exactly a Geraldo Rivera fan for the "bleeding heart" that he invariably displays, nor am I on the side of Kerik's misdeeds, but, they pale in comparison with antics the Clinton's engendered,... to include that subversive fellow whose name I don't recall, who stole incriminating papers out of the Library of Congress!! Are any of these in jail?

    How much more "tainted" can a jury pool be than to have the brash actions and bench banter of this Judge Stephen Robinson, a Democrat, of course, on the front-page news, on the eve of jury selection?!

    Besides, that is what a trial is for, and this judge is interfering with its proper outcome, whose sole actions may lead to a mistrial dismissal on appeal! Then the taxpayers will be funding another trial!
