love the bells saw them working at loch carren signal hut, Scotland in 1972, the British have the worlds best layouts I think , this set up is a credit to them.

Great layout. I was looking for a map of the BR railway system because I want to make a layout out of some of the regions do you know where I can find a map?

@aceplaya147 Thanks, I am not sure where you can find some maps regarding the different regions of BR during steam days, I googled you query but not much came up, but i have a large number of books and hard coppied maps about different regions and what sorts of locos, stock, types of signalling and stations designs where found in this region.

They are from LNWR Signal Boxes.

The signal boxes are supposed to be around 2-4 miles apart on real railway but are's are a mattter of feet apart making it sometimes confusing.

We have a total of 4 bell instruments Top, Middle, Bottom and Branch Stations

If you listen for the expresses 1 bell is call attention, 4 bells are the train code (being expresses) 2 bells train coming and 2-1 bells Line Clear.

I will make a video explaining how the bell system.
