@Hominjonathan Most of what's in the video is the National Rail station, not the Underground station, which is the one which was overcrowded, hence the crowd of people waiting at the entrance.

they had some very nasty maintenance / roadworks going on at the time. tickets were sold in container booths. the rush-hour feeling in this video is missing, unless you notice the crowd at the tube station entrance.

We don't have a rush hour like you boys we are PERMANENTLY rushed all day all night, we invernted queuing. I've been to NYC your trains run about once every 15 minutes, fair enough you have express and longer journies but how long do you guys wait? Circle line one every 2 minutes.
