Soul calibur 4 felt like a downgrade. It didn't feel original. It didn't feel fresh.

Like I said before, so far my Playstation 3 is just a glorified (expensive) Playstation 2. I mostly play )S2 games on it. NBA2K7 is great(but I suck at it online..I can't seem to hit a damn free throw). Resistance Fall of Man is a great FPS (First Person Shooter)! Fight Night round 3 is the most realistic looking game I have ever seen, and Spider-man 3 (collector's edition is just plain fun...with great graphics.)

Vitual Fighter won't let U use the analog stick, and the combos are old Gen Tekken machanics. The great thing about Soul Calibur 3, you can litterly keep your challenger guessing. And the movements are so crisp! I hope Soul Calibur 4 will be online, for I can show this whole Nation my Skillz! (Not 2 brag but I'm a str8 Beast, especially with Kilik.)

have to disagree I am not sure if you have played SC2 on the xbox the fighting is the exactsame except the picture is much more smooth ie less of the blocky figures that you get from the ps2 but depending on the system that SC4 come out on I will buy

I hear ya, but I downloaded on my PS3 a PS2 game smoother. It looks great! But I was mostly talking about the outstandingly fluent fighting machanics. You can litterly create your own combos on the fly! As far as Graphis..I have to give it to Virtual Fighter 5..but the fighting machanics suck BIG TIME!

I hear ya gtg894y. I play Soul Calibur 3, like most Americans play John Madden Football! Not 2 brag, skillz is not to be underestimated! Yeah Virtual Fighter is all show and no substance. The controls are horrible, and the combos are simular to Tekken (hit button tap,tap,tap,.) Soul Calibur 3, you can instantly react in combos you can create yourself!

Have to admit - I´m impressed! Very nicely done, and the song goes brilliantly with the video, especially when Mitsurugi faces Setsuka. And that grin on Zasalamel´s face...
