  • I honestly prefer the nes version more. i played both. this one was, using the term loosely, easier than the one i grew up knowing, but maybe it was because i was likw 6 when i played the original and i was 28 when i played this one. idk

  • i can't find the right roms for this game can some1 help.

  • It's short, because it's an arcade game. If it was long, you probably wouldn't have enough time to beat it before something you or your parents have scheduled arrives.

  • excellent game player

  • Rambo + Aliens = Contra.

  • never played the arcade version only the nes version

  • I Always Thought the Arcade version of this game seemed rushed...May have had more time to develop the NES version

  • i cant believe im saying this but in my opinion the Nes version r better

  • The most badass start to any game, period. You start, and ONE second later you are being bombarded with action!

  • as short as this game is and all you think despite having aliens and alien vs preditor as arcade games they could have done a ailen meets contra to team up or something.

  • Wow, pretty much after stage 3 the programmers just gave up and wrapped rest of it together quickly as possible. XDDD

  • Finally another game that matters.

  • Contra + Spread Gun = Good times for all

  • @arcticfox04

    Except the aliens.

  • @arcticfox04 Machine gun and spread guns were pretty much the only weapons that were worth of getting anyway.

  • @arcticfox04 Too bad Shattered Soldier DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ONE.

  • from 7 to 21 extra mans

  • wait i thought they did an arcade long play of this

  • @ValisHD

They didn't. I checked. There's also no Killer Instinct 2, which I also plan to do as well.

I'm also doing Super Contra at the moment. Just beefing with desync.

  • I owned this game on NES.

  • @MrNorbert1994 dont we all :D. one of the funnest NES games ever
