Day 3 - 2009 APA National Singles Championships

I just started shooting in may of 09. I love it. Last week I was awarded MVP for the most wins for the summer session? I thought APA was just shooting for fun. Ammature. I thought pros get all those things?

I have film of the very last game of the 8 ball final and it's the entire frame.Now, if some kind soul can tell me how do upload it from my camera I'll post it for you all (with the APA's permission I guess!) I'll check back on this page for your advice.

Is there any way to televise or at least put the finals online? That way we can see how the finalist played.

At this time there are no plans to televise the matches. We only video pieces for our video segments. Since there are multiple matches going on, it would be very complicated logistically t record them all and make them available online. Sry. :(

Not all the matches. The finals. Just pick a tier and record the final match.

In August, you can pick a final and record it.

Maybe you can pick a two teams competing at random or do a lottery. Then those teams play on the "TV" table.

I am sure that showing how APA members play and conduct themselves will boost participation in the league.

Isn't one of the reasons the APA has a youtube site is the hope that non-members see how the APA is and join?

You do not have to tape them all. Just the finals.
