I don't tnink you really understand Youtube, if you don't want anyone posting your video without permission. If all you are worried about is making sure you get credit for it, then all you have to do is disable the embedding feature, that way people can only link to it, in which case, in will come right to this page, thus instantly crediting you ;)
You can't tell people not to post a link to it without your permission, they have every right to, after all, you posted the videos publicly on a public video sharing website ;) If you don't want people linking to it without your "permission", then you shouldn't pot it to Youtube, at least not as a public video ;)
