nah, forget the can. I had one on my old sled, but I think they just get annoying after awhile. All they do is add a very little amount of hp, lose some weight, and hurt your ears. NICE SLED btw.

You guys have a problem with the hi-faxes burning out in the first 100 miles or so?

not really a problem here.. we have had decent conditions to ride in otherwise using icescratchers on trails so its been ok..

i just bought a 163 version and i put 134 miles on in spring conditions and rarely used the scrathers and had no problems....

Where you from? where you ride?

I live and ride in Valdez, AK.... I have heard that some 800's are blowing up and Polaris is not sure why at this time so on any sled that blows its motor is offering an extended warrenty. However it is only on the stock motors with the stock pipes that are blowing up. If you have an after market pipe/can they are not as likely to blow up.
