Get an experienced doctor for MRND! I don't regret the surgery, but I do regret IMRT!!! 7 years later I'm still suffering from Xerostomia. I can't sleep through the night, going anywhere without a glass of water, or even shop at your favorite stores (those that don't allow drinks, especially on hot days when you can't even return to the car for a sip)! Before IMRT consider taking a sip of water every 5 minutes for a week and waking up every hour or two at night for a sip. It changes your life!
