  • how many times did you run through this til the muscle memmory kicked in?

  • a few months, can't play it now though, been out of practice for a while.

  • that's one of the main reasons I dislike this style of playing....only works if you do it everyday....who's got time for that?

  • People who love guitar. Teach guitar. Play in a band.

  • @Ang3lus2006 damn so its gona take me a few months to get disturbeds stricken solo down? or am i just the worst guitarist ever?

  • I used to own the Duncan 100W convertible. Was okay but the preamp idea was pretty useless.

  • If you are playing the solo correctly, it sounds like complete nonsense. Petrucci sucked arse on that one. But, maybe you just missed some notes? I have no idea! haha

  • Nice, I've got an M3 aswell, great toys.

  • I would HARDLY call an Miii a toy...those are road worthy,

  • That's not what I meant :)

It's fun to play, hence a toy.

  • What modules are you using in this?

I just picked one of these up today CHEAP and it's missing a module.

  • using classic/high gain/normal/high gain eq/normal

using the red chan in this demo of course :)

  • Awesome! Right now I have...

Normal, Presence, Solid State and Hi Gain.

I'll see what I can find online. For some reason the green channel has no volume at all, if I put my ear right up to the speaker I can hear it's playing something, but it's not audible from a foot away with the master cranked to max. Maybe preamps are bad? Can't be the power tubes if the red channel works fine...

  • EL34s, i have to admit i never played 6L6s.

this amp sells for cheap change on ebay (around 400$)

  • thanks! 6L6 or EL34 valves in power amp?? very nice tone..

  • it came from the Head, you can change preamp modules in it and shape the sound (like the egnater amps today), it was one of the first modeling amp, great amp, EXTREMELY versatile.

  • hello man, the distortion comes to seymour head? or its a pedal?? thanks

  • I have a 1991 Custom Shop Trans Red MIII. Bought it new. Its great to see more of these guitars, not many around. Good playing....very nice.

  • Great playing! I have an M3 too. It's a 1991 deluxe version. They are great Guitars!

  • great performance
