I liked Galieva but this routine was so overscored compared to poor Kalinina. If she wasn't Soviet, this would have scored a 9.8 at best. Pity.

I was just about to say the exact same thing! Kalinina had superior form, especially compared to Galieva's arched handstand and hop on the landing.

amazing routine. She was at her peak at the 1992 olympics. Too bad she didn't get a chance a the gold! the release into direct giant swing is amazing!
