I heard them on a rare recording of them winning a contest at the apollo on the old doowop shop show on WCBSfm. Still sounds good!

They also didn't continue recording because one of their parents didn't let them continue.
that is not why they stopped recording....the lead singer is my uncle and that is certainly not the reason

@neenee3496 I finally discovered what group it was I was confusing the Heartbreakers with, it was Budd Johnson and the Voices Five who couldn't continue because of their mom.
