One other thing. Be careful of the use of the word "person". That's one of the legal system's "words of art". You are not a person. You have a person. And just like when a judge calls "a name" in court one can't tell just from the hearing of it if he's saying "JOHN FRANCIS DOE" or John Francis Doe. Very tricky. Oh and cops: If you wouldn't take a taser how can you justify administering one? Wake up now because soon you will be using it on your children. Is your paycheck and your soul worth it?

@elboertjie Wrong...you can 'travel' with a handmade port-pass and your birth certificate....do some research....

Might be that it's like paying extra to some capitalist, when you don't know the real price of the product, and therefore can't argue the price. Still clear in my mind, when I understood some purchase I did in a hurry. This is like knowing the real price and therefore I can defend myself from the scam. I think it can work, if done properly as said. But I'm afraid the system has its tricks to prevent people using those things.

I looked this up and coildnt find a UCC 1 form for the UK. I did find a power of attorney form which sounds like it;

What is a Power of Attorney used for?

A Power of Attorney is a document which gives someone authority to act on your behalf.

Our statutory General Power of Attorney gives the attorney very broad powers over an individuals property and finances.

The power can be given to start immediately, or upon mental incapacity.

Would this be the same thing?

Thats good reading. you know I wrecked my car some years back, a tow company towed the thing where they then tried to charge me like 25$ a day for storage, anyways the car was totaled and the insurance company wasnt gonna pay me anything for it. so they try to send me a bill for like 3000$ for storage and towing.

3rd party collector gets involved and calls me, basically i tell them I am not gonna pay and the tower is scamming me. never heard from either again. lol
