I was there at the scene, right across the street were he fell, one off my daughters (14yr)was so schocked and pissed she was yelling at the photographers to help Tom instead off taking pictures, i'll never forget, it was rather funny seeing a young girl making her sooooo mad at those guy's, But she was oh so right.

No matter where it takes place its not there problem, it wasn't a port enhancing drug. This is the teams problem. Also the reason he wasn't let into the tour wasn't the decision of the UCI, it was the race directors idea. I'm sure thye will let him in next years, its not gonna be anything like a 2 year suspension but they want to hav a clean tour and he made a decision on his own that brought a bad image to cycling.
