  • Thank you for posting this. I love the lyrics in its original Vietnamese. As for the translation, I think a much more poetic version is sung by Erin Corday on her 1993 album, Butterfly Tattoo. Also adapted by Pham Duy, I believe. I'm hoping Corday will re-release the CD.

  • some mad cool thai people at my college love to get their guitars out all the time, and sing crazty thai songs, but they dont sound quite this good! folk music seems to be pretty popular in south east asia.
