  • I am trying to find a something from a part of this show i'd say from the end of 86 called The-Z-Team

  • The sad thing is that if this was done now, some self appointed finger wagger would complain that they were wasting food...Hey, I've just realised, this show went out three days before my eleventh birthday. Yay!

  • Dustin Gee died in 3 Jan 1986,after suffering a heart attack on New Years Day, whilst in Pantomime with Les Dennis in Souhtport.I saw D.Gee in cabaret in Stockport in the early 80s several times,TV did not do him justice, he could change amazingly into his characters, right in front of his audience, one of the best impersonators in the 80s.

  • what happened to dustin G ?

  • Les Dennis is such a waste of space. I wish I'd never had to see that wanker on anything on TV. Everytime I see him I feel the wave of mediocrity.

  • @FuckOfAShit Ha ha ha ROFL

  • Les sounds a bit like Michael (oo Betty) Crawford!!

  • sorry i mean dennis. gee does a good one of larry grayson

  • good impression of John Inman by Gee there

  • "It's the daring, dazzling, death defyingly dull, devastatingly dangerous, delectable, delicatessen-able, divinely decadent Sandwich Quiz!"

Someone on the News Quiz (presented by Sandi) a while back suggested that they should replace the scoring system with sandwiches

  • Brilliant show bring it back it was fab

  • I found that Sandy woman quite creepy as a child - god knows y!! Anyway, I saw her on a tv programme as an adult and remembered somewhere in my subconsious I how I got freaked out by her but had no idea where I had seen her from - now i know!!

  • Les Dennis, classic impression of John Inman there! It's funny how his career changed since Dustin passed away. Great clips!

  • les dennis and dustin gee true classics in comedy remember these on the russ abbott show brilliant

  • Ha Rick as right if you say 'Sandi Toksvig' it does makes your breath smell

  • Last time I saw this was it's original screening on TV - I was 6 or 7. I'm 32 now. (EEK!)

I remember being sad when Dustin Gee died b/c I used to follow his show with Les Dennis every week, there being no internet or other stuff to do then. He looked incredibly old middle age to me when I was a kid. I last saw a clip of him was in the 80's just before he died. Now looking at him, he looks really young.

  • - What's your name?

    - Ethel

    - What do you do for a living?

    - F-all

At least that's what I think he meant.

  • Exactly what impression is Les Dennis trying to do?

  • Well I don't really know.

  • fab what great memories

  • Thanks so much for sharing this. I used to love this show

  • Guy on left is Les Dennis, woman in middle is Sandi Toksvig, man on right is the late, late Dustin Gee

  • LOL - I used to love No. 73. Good to see Les and Dustin too. Les looked about 12 there!

  • Who's Who?

  • Aha! There's a Golden Loaf and it goes to Ethel.

(What's the title of this episode, then?)
