Oh shoot. Yeah, the other exterior shot is definitely of UP's Main Lib. The one I was referring to in my previous comment was the one where the guy alighted from the jeep.

swoopledom, I'm sorry but you were mistaken. The guy was walking towards the direction of UP's main lib, but the exterior is showing UP's Palma Hall Annex, not the Main Lib.
