My friends an i had a moped gang in '77 there were only 8 of us, we were Who fans . called oursevs "The Bloody Rockahs" MOPEDS ROCK! you got me inspired to go get another one. once we rode the fairways at CCV @3AM in a snow storm on shroomers. we often rode riverside drive, to the james river parks to hollywood.
@rcowboy4 Yes Rc that is correct. Rocker culture was obsessed with efficiency and reaching "the ton", while mods were concerned with looking good. No man or woman on a moped can call themselves a rocker, but they can still wear the title of mod.
I'm going to try and come to the rally this year. A friend of mine went last year and said it was awesome. I have some bikes you guys might enjoy seeing too.Never met any of you before but "know" you from MA.

Looks like great fun,I ride a Motorbike now but one of my early powered two wheel experiences was in Germany when I was 14 'cos you can legally ride them there at that age,you don't forget these things.Keep on doing what you enjoy!
